Our Intern Program is where we provide opportunities for fresh graduates. Some key components of this program are:
Interns fill the role of consultants on meaningful project work across our practice. Interns get the opportunity to work with multiple partners and within different service offering domains. This enables them to identify their area of interest and passionand enables them to plan their future career options.
Interns attend orientation and our weekly training that covers various aspects of their growth in the consulting industry. They have access to our resources and Partners for continuous learning and growth.
Each intern is aligned with a Partner/Senior Team member who serves as an advisor– a Peer Advisor, a Career Advisor, and an Executive Advisor.
Our Intern Program is designed to provide students with a well-rounded experience professionally and socially. Interns gain professional experience from being a part of Enwisen and working on multiple clients. Additionally, they also learn about the essence of having strong corporate values, culture and an environment that instils learning, knowledge sharing and collaborative growth.
Enwisen’s Path to Partner Program is tailored for newly qualified professional Chartered Accountants, Company Secretaries and MBAs with clear vision and passion to embark on a journey of establishing their own practice. This program is for people who are entrepreneurs at heart, who are future leaders and who are open to tread the uncharted waters.
